SNF in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team within 2-3 weeks. SNF census is 80 with 50 with a high rehab to home population. Evaluations, daily treatments and discharges are expected. Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred.
