Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid RN license from the state of Minnesota
Certifications Requirements : BLS certification from AHA, Valid State RN License, CPR certification
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, hospice, home health, or surgical center setting
Other Requirements : Proficient with EMR systems, strong computer skills, professional appearance, ability to float between units, excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various clinical settings within the hospital, clinic, hospice, home health, or surgical center environments.

Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.

Execute clinical procedures and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Adapt to floating requirements by quickly learning workflows in new units and providing exceptional patient-centered care across multiple settings.
