Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid RN license from the State of Minnesota
Certifications Requirements : AHA BLS certification
Experience Requirements : 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
Other Requirements : Proficient with computer systems, excellent communication skills, ability to learn simple procedures quickly, and professional appearance with scrub colors

Job Responsibilities

Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans based on medical protocols and patient needs.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.

Monitor patient response to treatments and document findings accurately in electronic health records.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
