Position Summary

The Sr Analyst will join the OhioRISE Plan's provider operations team within Network Strategy & Provider Experience and will develop, maintain, and enhance provider relationships. Responsible for data analytics, reporting, and utilization review to inform business decision and optimize operations. This role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insight to support business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts research, analysis and / or audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance
• Manages and performs scheduled provider surveys to support Access and Availability analyses
• Provides technical expertise for questions related to Multi System Youth (MSY) contracting
• Partner across the organization to support network development and maintenance
• Perform data analysis to support the network services
• Responsible for ticket creation in support of issue resolution
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
