Job descriptionProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other CAD a plus). Experience in architectural design, drafting, or space planning. Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
We’re looking for an architectural professional skilled in AutoCAD to create fit plans for commercial and residential spaces. This role focuses on translating client needs and site conditions into clear, functional layouts that support leasing, test fits, and project planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop space plans and fit layouts in AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with codes and accessibility standards.
- Deliver accurate, timely drawings to support design and real estate decisions.
