District Manager Reports to : Directors of Sales and Director of Operations Location : East Bay Area Status : Exempt – Full Time POSITION : The District Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.Duties will include guiding management staff in the region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.The District Manager will utilize discretion and independent judgment in managing the studios and directing the work of employees. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee the operations of multiple studiosGuide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisorsPrepare performance reports for presentation to upper administrationOrganize and implement training programs for staff in the entire districtEnsure that all studios follow safety, health and business laws and regulationsUphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performanceCollaborate with Directors team for the planning of large eventsMaximize company profits at the studios in the districtStrategically manage marketing campaignsAny other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS :At least 1 year of multi-unit management experienceAt least 3 years’ experience delegating tasks to a teamAble to influence and inspire a team to drive performanceStrong math skills to crunch numbers and keep track of region's profitAbility to motivate others on a team and help them succeedMulti-tasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a timeProblem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stressStrong knowledge of company policy, goals and standardsOrganizational skills to manage large amounts of informationAbility to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performanceStrong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with careAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable, and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and able to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio software The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies, including the policy of at will employment.Powered by JazzHR
