Job descriptionCollect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health and situation. Advocate for patients as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or clinical issues. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with expected outcomes. Ensure patient safety and act as a patient advocate. Optimize the use of time supplies and equipment to deliver effective care. Educate patients and families regarding medications procedures and treatments while providing emotional support throughout their stay. Experience : Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience (acute care preferred but LTAC experience will be considered). Licensure : Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start. Certifications : ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire) Education : BSN preferred

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Oncology RN to join our team. This role involves providing care and treatment to adult patients who are ill injured or recovering within a patient-centered care model. The RN will make independent clinical assessments and manage treatments while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
