Senior In-House Commercial Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Senior In-House Commercial Electricianto support ongoing electrical projects and service within the historic Amoskeag Mills complex in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems and be comfortable working in a large, multi-use facility environment.

How you will make an impact as a Commercial Electrician :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems.
• Work on fire alarm systems, Security camera & key card systems, HVAC controls, and high-low-voltage controls wiring.
• Inspect, test, and repair electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with building maintenance, contractors, and facilities teams to plan and execute work efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and installations.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
