OGJS PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

As a Production Superintendent you are accountable for and manages all topside Production discipline activities on board. You manage the Production department for the unit

Role Requirements

• Meet the Production Plan, safely operate the plant within design parameters as per

operation manual and raise feedback / deviations when needed

Manager (OIM) in order to achieve business objectives

Personal Skills

Personal : Conscientious, flexible, versatile and determined. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance.

Leadership

Capable of motivating Senior staff members and teams. Flexible in applying different approaches to changing work demands

IT

IT : Operation of MMS system interface. Practical familiarity with standard 'Office' software package.
