Key Responsibilities
Supervise contact center employees to ensure productivity, quality, and timeliness of work
Monitor quality and performance of assigned projects and departmental goals
Assist in developing and administering training while participating in team meetings and discussions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Three or more years of supervisory experience in a contact center environment
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn multiple system applications with minimal direction
Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
