Note : This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at our clients Baltimore office (34 days per week on-site, with flexibility to be in the office more frequently based on business needs).
Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates, with strong knowledge of Maryland probate administration.

Job Description
- Handle trusts and estates administration with minimal supervision
- Draft probate and trust-related documents and filings in Maryland courts
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate estate planning documents
- Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
- Assist with preparation of estate tax returns and related documents
- Work closely with attorneys in Baltimore and occasionally support other offices
- Utilize trust and estate software such as GEMs, OneSource Estate & Trust, or CCH ProSystems
- Meet annual paralegal billable target of 1,300 hours
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in trusts and estates (Maryland experience required)Paralegal certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED requiredProficiency with probate and trust administration in Maryland courtsFamiliarity with estate and trust software (GEMs, OneSource, CCH ProSystems)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy This Is a Great Opportunity
