What Youll Do

Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their goals

Offer customized retirement and protection plans

Use powerful financial software to create reports and strategies

Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships

Attend weekly training and mentorship sessions

What Youll Need

Excellent communication and listening skills

Self-motivation and discipline (this is remote work)

Interest in helping people make smart financial decisions

Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
