Allied Universal Security is seeking a full-time Flex Security Shift Supervisor, with the availability to work all shifts. The site is a major automaker in Livonia, MI.

Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 training, such as confined space rescue, incipient fire fighting, hazardous materials training, etc. Candidates must be clean-shaven in order to complete this training.

The position starts at $23.84 / hour. The schedule is Fri., 2P-10P, Sat., 6A-2P, Sun., 6A-2P, Mon., 10P-6A, & Tues., 10P-6A. Weekly pay and daily pay options available. Security and supervisory experience preferred.

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. Must have a valid drivers license for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager / Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
