Job Summary :

As the Director, IT Business Operations at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for managing the solutions and processes specific to areas of IT Finance, Service Delivery standard, Controls including life cycle management, from strategic planning, deployment, and processes of the solutions and platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, contributing to growth of the organization, promotion of patient and user experience and creating innovative solutions with operations, fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions to the goals of the system, promoting the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, budgeting, and management / administrative tasks assigned. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.
