Restaurant General Manager

Join our team at GOAT Restaurant Group! Are you an experienced leader with a passion for excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager!

Location : 6736 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH

Benefits :

  • Competitive salary of $50,000-$55,000.
  • Performance-based bonuses of up to $18,000 annually.

Your Role :

  • People Development : Hire, train, coach, and develop your team.
  • Guest Experience : Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
  • Financial Management : Review sales, manage costs, and grow profits.
  • Kitchen Management : Oversee food safety, inventory, and quality.
  • Operations : Maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Previous management experience in high-volume locations.
  • Background in quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to review financial information and drive profitability.
  • Commitment to quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
