As the Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

Process customer payments and apply to the correct accounts

Generate and send invoices, statements, and aging reports

Follow up with clients on outstanding balances

Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Assist with month-end close and AR reporting

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar AR role

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Details :

Location : Tampa, FL (on-site)

Pay : $22-$26 / hour, based on experience

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday
