Job descriptionPrepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts Support the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Track and maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Provide support during internal and external audits, including documentation and resolution of inquiries Stay informed on changes in financial regulations and contribute to process improvements Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills and Certifications : Working knowledge of financial compliance and reporting Experience with NetSuite a plus CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred Powered by JazzHR

- We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team.
- This role is critical in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- The Staff Accountant will handle general ledger maintenance, reconcile accounts, assist in preparing financial statements, and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
