Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design therapy strategies to help them reach their personal functional benchmarks.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ research-based interventions to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and integrative patient care.
• Guide Patients and Family Members : Train patients and their families in therapy methods to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maintain engagement and progress.
