We are looking for a surgeon to help us in a very busy well established oral surgery practice located in Willmar MN (45min from St Cloud and just 1hr and 45 min from downtown Minneapolis and a major international airport) where there is almost no competition and you will be busy and financially successful from day 1 guaranteed!  Perfect for a new grad looking to pay off those high loans or someone established and wanting to just practice oral surgery without all the competition from dentists and many other oral surgeons in the same city they practice in.

Guaranteed a very high base salary !!! With every normal customary benefit paid for you on our behalf and a very generous vacation benefit.

We only accept the best dental and medical insurance plans so you are compensated at the highest level.

Updated office with EMR, Cone Beam CT, fully staffed and ready for success from day 1.

Non-DSO and not a Private Equity owned office. Privately owned with the option for you to buy in as a partner after just 1 year and or make a lot of money as an associate  vs being in a private equity owned office.

Looking now however, I am also interested in new graduates in 2026.
