Supply Chain Manager
HeySunday is a fast-growing home cleaning brand on a mission to make household chores effortless. In just over two years, we've sold more than one million boxes of laundry detergent sheets, dishwasher detergent sheets, and dryer sheets. Now, we're expanding beyond laundry to a full range of eco-friendly household cleaning essentials, aiming to become the go-to cleaning brand for families nationwide.
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and optimizing the existing end-to-end supply chain that supports a fast-growing consumer brand. This role encompasses end-to-end supply chain management, including 3PL coordination, last-mile logistics, inventory planning, manufacturer relationships, and new product manufacturing support.
We are looking for an analytical and results-driven overachiever with a strong track record of building supply chain systems and scaling operations. As a hands-on individual contributor and strategic partner to the General Manager, you will execute critical supply chain initiatives while establishing foundational processes that will support the company's rapid growth.
Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights will be critical to your success in this role. You will have the opportunity to engage with a network of industry leaders for insight and mentorship. Reporting directly to the GM, the Supply Chain Manager's role will evolve as the company expands, including assembling the operations team and instilling a culture of supply chain excellence throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and scale existing systems for inventory planning and management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support the company's growth trajectory.
- Strengthen and expand 3PL warehouse relationships and last-mile delivery operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely order processing.
- Build and maintain strong manufacturer relationships, coordinating production schedules, quality standards, and lead times.
- Support new product development from a supply chain perspective, including vendor sourcing, costing analysis, and production feasibility.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain, from manufacturing to final delivery.
- Collaborate directly with the GM to craft and execute strategies for expanding the company's product offerings and supply chain capabilities.
- Lead strategic supply chain projects to achieve key business outcomes and operational milestones.
- Utilize data to monitor, measure, and report on key supply chain metrics. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and implement systems, processes, and infrastructure to enable the future operations team to scale as the company grows.
- Position yourself to help build and lead the supply chain team, instilling a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.

35 years of experience in supply chain operations , ideally within a DTC e-commerce start-up or other fast-growing environment, ideally with hands-on experience sourcing and managing production with manufacturers in China and the USA.Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships , optimizing warehouse operations, and coordinating last-mile logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery is a strong plus.Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment workflows and inventory integrations. Experience working within a subscription-based business model is a plus.A strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to design and implement operational strategies from the ground up to support scalable growth.Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.A test-and-learn mindset as the idea continues to evolve.Experience collaborating with customer service teams to resolve fulfillment or logistics issues is preferred.Extreme grit, integrity, determination, resilience, and relentless resourcefulness.You are genuine and bring an enthusiastic, professional demeanor. This role is full-time and requires at least 6 hours / day overlap with U.S. Eastern Time to collaborate with our GM and key stakeholders. As some of our manufacturers are based in China, occasional CST (UTC+8) coverage may be needed during order placement to ensure timely deliveries and seamless coordination. It is an exciting opportunity that demands a level of dedication beyond the standard 9-to-5 role. We need someone who goes above and beyond to make a real impact.
Compensation : Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated expertise. The role also includes unlimited paid time off (PTO) to support balance and flexibility.
