Target Salary : $130-150k+ base (depending on experience) + bonus

Location : West Chester, OH – on-site (see schedule options below) - relocation package available

Provide technical leadership to develop, integrate, and support RF products across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Guide cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Job Details

RF Staff Engineer

 Collaborate with engineering, program management, and functional teams to meet organizational goals and KPIs.

 Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment.

 Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions.

 Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction.

 Design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI / EMC, and reliability.

 Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals.

 Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.

 Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications.

 Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

 Expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.

 Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools.

 Strong project leadership experience, with the ability to influence key decisions.

 Experience with military standards and specifications is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, particularly with customers.

 Ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

 Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).

 BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7-10 years of experience, or MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience.

 Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar tools is highly preferred.

 Familiarity with military standards and electro-mechanical designs is highly desirable.

Moderate noise level in office and laboratory settings.

 ESD and Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in sensitive lab or restricted manufacturing areas.
