Receiving Administrator | Henderson, NV

Responsibilities

• Assign dock doors and manage driver check-ins for all inbound shipments
• Process, file, and resolve issue tickets related to receiving operations
• Maintain and organize receiving paperwork, shipping documents, and inventory records
• Update inbound dashboards with shipment details and verify load accuracy
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on inbound deliveries and purchase orders
• Communicate findings and updates to warehouse supervisors and shift leads

$19.00 – $21.50 per hour
