About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Airtable Consultant to join our client team in Bentonville, AR . This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a technologist with deep expertise in Airtable development, scripting, and data management . The ideal candidate will possess both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex Airtable solutions.

Create and optimize Airtable scripts using JavaScript for automation and data workflows.

Architect scalable and robust data management workflows using Airtable.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through advanced cleansing techniques and logic-based validation.

Integrate Airtable with third-party tools and platforms as needed.

Work independently and collaboratively in a multi-vendor, multi-cultural team environment.

Provide clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable , including advanced base design, automation, scripting, and integration.

Proficient in JavaScript , specifically for Airtable scripting and automation.

Strong understanding of database concepts and data management best practices .

Proven experience in architecting end-to-end workflows and data pipelines.

Expertise in automating data integrity checks, cleansing processes, and applying fuzzy logic techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).

Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies.

Background in working within large, distributed teams across different time zones and vendors.
