About the Role

Apex Systems, a world-class technology solutions provider, is seeking a Power BI Lead to support our client, Carnival Corporation & plc. This role is ideal for a hands-on Power BI professional with strong functional and technical skills who enjoys creating impactful dashboards and reports.

As the Power BI Lead, you'll work independently to design and develop customized Power BI solutions based on operational reports. You'll play a key role in transforming raw data from the data warehouse and internal applications into clear, visually compelling dashboards that support business operations.

This position is primarily focused on building and customizing dashboards , not data analysis or architecture. However, if successful, this role may expand into leading a small offshore team (2-3 resources).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Power BI reports and dashboards based on operational requirements.
• Transfer and manipulate data from data warehouses and internal applications.
• Apply both technical and visual design expertise to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Work independently as the primary Power BI resource within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored dashboards.
• Potentially oversee offshore resources if the team expands.
