Description : GENERAL SUMMARY :
A production position responsible for supplying and removing materials and product to and from all areas of production. This person should work safely, be production oriented, and educated in the food safety defense.
- Dump empty bottles into hoppers, load bottles onto conveyors, remove liner, knock down cartons and stack pallet in a manner to maintain packaging productivity and quality guidelines.
- Assist in the start-up and shut down of production equipment,
- Stack full cases of product off the packaging line onto pallets in a manner to maintain packaging productivity and quality guidelines.
- Load product into cartons
- Follow all safety standards
- Document duties as scheduled in the computer based system
- Complete quality inspections per specifications
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned
- Follow all written and verbal production instructions and priorities
- Assist in finding coverage for shift to fill in for absences and vacations
- A good working and communication relationship with co-workers, warehouse personnel, the Production Supervisor and Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent work experienceEffective verbal, listening, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work well with other departments in the company.Ability to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.Self- directedGood attendanceKnowledge of manufacturing environment and practices.The duties of this position are those described above.
