Seeking a full-time Staff MD Family Practice to join an outpatient clinic team in Brattleboro, VT, offering competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment starting Fall 2025.

Job Description :

• Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients
• Manage average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting
• Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in on-call phone rotation (1 : 11) to support patient care after hours
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment
• Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice
• Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice’s long-term stability
• Must be able to start by Fall 2025
• Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour
• Not open to candidates who p lan to  work this job in conjunction  with another position
