The New Mexico Veterans Healthcare System is seeking a full-time board eligible / certified Urologist to join our team to help transform how we provide healthcare in times of great need. VHA Physician Total Rewards.
Pay : Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Retirement : Traditional federal pension and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA

CME : Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement
Contract : No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restrictions on moonlighting
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8am-4 : 30pm Duties
Weekly bedside rounds with assigned staff to discuss patient care, policies, procedures, and findings from QA monitors and staff concerns
Assesses plans and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of patient care
Participates in clinical rounds to monitor compliance with standards of care, policies and procedures, safety standards / guidelines.
