Skyroom Digital Media & Guest Experience Coordinator

Overview

Digital Media & Guest Experience Coordinator to be the voice and personality of The Skyroom. This position manages The Skyrooms online presence cultivates relationships with guests through thoughtful communication and represents the restaurant at events online and in the community. The coordinator will develop engaging social media content manage guest feedback across review platforms and help promote The Skyrooms identity as a warm welcoming and memorable dining experience on campus.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create content for The Skyrooms official social media accounts
• Showcase menu items events and guest experiences
• Consistent posting schedule and align content with seasonal offerings and USU campus events
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improved visibility

Employees work primarily indoors in a typical office setting as well as in the restaurant. This position requires extended periods of sitting typing and viewing a computer screen intermixed with extended time standing walking and interacting with guests. Occasional movement around campus for meetings events or marketing needs may be required. The role may occasionally involve lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds.
