Job Title : Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English / Spanish)

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and be proficient with FedEx and UPS shipping systems. A current sit-down forklift certification is required. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities :

Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS platforms

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Operate sit-down forklift to load / unload and organize products safely

Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and logistics partners

Requirements :

Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and leadership

Strong knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems

Valid sit-down forklift certification and hands-on experience

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
