Lead Software Architect

WireWheel is on a mission to transform privacy and data protection, and we are seeking a passionate Lead Software Architect to be a vital part of our innovative team. As a recognized leader in the data privacy management software space, our cloud-based platform helps organizations navigate the complexities of privacy regulations like the CCPA and GDPR.

In this role, you'll take charge of the technical direction for developing features of our data privacy application. You will engage in every stage of the feature's lifecycle, from gathering requirements to the final release. Collaborating closely with software engineers, testers, UX designers, DevOps, product managers, and customer support, you'll ensure we meet customer needs and deliver impactful features.

Key Responsibilities :

• Write high-quality, production-ready code following standard development practices.
• Lead technical discussions, including design and code reviews.
• Work closely with Product Management and UX to plan and estimate releases, contributing to the overall roadmap.
• Create automated unit tests with the same rigor applied to production code.
• Assist our customer support team in diagnosing and resolving customer issues.
• Demonstrate perseverance in uncovering the root causes of bugs or issues.
• Document and report found issues in our tracking system.
• Engage with an enthusiastic team of engineers daily, fostering a collaborative environment.
