What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by supervising providers

Monitor resident conditions and communicate concerns to the RN / physician

Document and maintain accurate medical records

Support residents and families with excellent communication and compassionate care

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote the highest level of wellness

Qualifications

Current and active Ohio LPN license

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (but not required)

Strong teamwork and communication skills
