Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Days

The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are open to floating between different units. Full time Day shifts are available.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard, incorporating elements of holistic family-centered care through the collection, verification and organization of data about a patient's health status, planning for care, implementation of the plan and evaluation.
• Provides direct patient care in the clinical setting under the direction of the Unit Director and Manager, and the Charge Nurse.
• Performs detailed and accurate assessments of patients and completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
• Works well with other departments, peers, co-workers, and physicians in a teamwork environment.
• Must orient and remain competent in Behavioral Health Unit, Clinical Decision Unit and either Intensive Care Unit as the second RN or Women's and Children's (Couplet Care and Pediatric Psych).
