KPMG is currently seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Contracting to join KPMG’s OGC Contracting Group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting and negotiation of various contracts, including engagement letters, statements of work, master services agreement and multi‑firm engagement agreements with the firms’ clients for various services, including audit, tax and advisory services
• Provide counseling on the legal issues associated with the implementation of negotiated contractual terms
• Establish and maintain contracting processes and templates
• Conduct legal research to support Contracting attorneys in advising clients
