A company is looking for a Branch Manager - Occupational Accident.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service
Promote best practices and guide the claims team in handling cases efficiently
Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Occupational Accident
2-3 years of prior leadership experience in a supervisory role
