We are hiring Donor Center Phlebotomists for our team in Madison, WI. As a Donor Center Phlebotomist with the American Red Cross, you will work at our fixed sites using automated phlebotomy procedures. To prepare for the role, you'll receive paid training, which is a mix of classroom instruction and field practice.

American Red Cross Offers :

• Hourly payrate starting at $19.61 per hour w / shift differentials "For any hours worked outside of Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, you will earn $1.25 to $2.50 more per hour. This includes all hours worked during the weekend."

• 7 weeks of paid Phlebotomy training at the full rate of pay ((mixture of "innovative" "cutting edge" virtual learning and in-person)

Qualifications for the ideal candidate for this role include a valid driver's license, good driving record and high school diploma. Demonstrates excellence in customer service, communication skills and has scheduling flexibility . Minimum one year customer service experience in public setting required. Phlebotomy, CNA, EMT or MA experience a plus.
