Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) – Full-Time | Ashland, WI

Location : Ashland, WI (Hayward, WI openings may also be available)

Department : Laboratory

FTE : 0.90 (Full-Time, 36 hours / week)

Status : Union | Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Compensation : $30.18 / hr starting

$33.86 / hr after 1 year

$35.78 / hr after 2 years

$37.87 / hr after 3 years

Incentives : Sign-On Bonus :

$5,000 for 2-year commitment

$10,000 for 3-year commitment

$15,000 for 4-year commitment

Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000

Schedule Options :

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Options for primarily evening / night or day / evening shifts

Weekend rotation : 1–2 weekends / month when fully staffed

No on-call required
