Providing excellent internal and external customer serviceSupporting the Service Sales departmentPre-Paid InvoicingBill-Per Service InvoicingInternal InvoicingCreating Service Contract Service OrdersProcessing all Renewal Agreements (Quotes, Invoicing & Cost analysis)Corresponding with Service Agreement CustomersAssisting Service Sales Manager and Service Sales Representative Team with data entry into Operating SystemInforming Existing and Potential customers about the benefits of having a Planned Maintenance Agreement and additional services when applicableProviding recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of service PMA programs in Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Quarterly and / or Annual MeetingsBuckeye Power Sales offers a great benefit package for our Service Sales Administrators including :
