Work Schedule

Mon-Fri (Wednesday off) 8 : 50 am - 6 : 30 pm; Saturday 9 : 45 am - 4 pm; Sunday Closed. Off days : Wednesday and Sunday

Salary : From $19.00 per hour

The Iconic Properties is looking for a leasing consultant! Avita is a growing Multi-Family Management Company, and we don\'t believe you need to have 10+ years of experience to be a valuable asset to a team. We are willing and ready to train you and mold you into a stellar Leasing Consultant. Giving you the opportunity to move your way up to managing your own project with Avita!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials
• Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
• Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests

Benefits

For the 1st 90 days the right candidate must be able to remain very flexible on their schedule due to training.
