Role Overview
The Guest Experience Director leads and equips volunteers and leaders to create inviting, distraction-free environments at the North San Jose campus and leads Guest Experience Directors at all campuses.
Youll inspire teams, set the tone for hospitality, and partner with worship, kids, production, and campus leadership to deliver a seamless Sunday experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, schedule, and care for volunteers
- Train and empower Coordinators and Area Leaders
- Organize regular leader and volunteer trainings
- Create systems for onboarding and retention
- Monitor and evaluate weekly service quality
- Collaborate with campus and central teams to align vision
