The platform precisely builds everything AI can deliver, typically 80% of any feature set or new product, while providing a human engineering guide listing the final 20% of tasks to get to production. Compensation : Total Comp $90K plus equity

Location : One Kendall Square, Cambridge MA 02139 (In-person role)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help operationalize Blitzy's rapidly scaling go-to-market engine. You will play a critical role in keeping our sales, customer success, and solutions teams aligned and running smoothly managing data, contracts, commissions, and sales materials that enable the team to move fast and execute at a high level.

You'll work closely with our CRO, Account Executives, AI Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success team to ensure operational excellence across the entire revenue process from lead to renewal. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, precision, and process improvement inside a fast-paced AI startup environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • You maintain clean, reliable data across HubSpot pipelines, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • You ensure contract reviews and deal documentation are accurate, properly stored, and compliant with internal standards.
  • You help create and update sales decks and materials in Google Slides that reflect current messaging and customer use cases.
  • You calculate and distribute quarterly commission payouts accurately and on time.
  • You coordinate closely with the Customer Success and AI Solutions Consulting teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and visibility into active opportunities.
  • You proactively identify gaps in process, reporting, or data hygiene and implement fixes before they impact the sales cycle.
  • You are a reliable, detail-oriented operational anchor that helps the entire GTM org execute more efficiently.

Areas of Ownership

Our hiring process is designed for you to demonstrate a strong set of executional and organizational capabilities, with a focus on supporting a complex, high-velocity enterprise sales motion.

Successful candidates must have expertise or familiarity in the following :

  • Managing CRM data hygiene, reporting, and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot .
  • Reviewing and flagging commercial terms and exceptions in enterprise contracts.
  • Creating and maintaining Google Slides sales decks, proposals, and presentation assets.
  • Calculating and tracking quarterly commissions for AEs and GTM team members.
  • Supporting cross-functional deal coordination between Sales, Customer Success , and AI Solutions Consultants .
  • Building and maintaining pipeline and performance dashboards to support leadership visibility.
  • Assisting in onboarding, training, and process documentation for GTM workflows.
  • Ways to stand out

  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (SaaS or startup preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
  • Strong visual design skills in Google Slides able to create polished, professional, and on-brand decks.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or BANT .
  • Experience supporting enterprise software or AI-driven products.
  • Knowledge of how Customer Success and pre-sales engineering teams interface in complex enterprise deals.
  • Curiosity about automation and the use of AI tools to streamline GTM processes.
