Position Overview :
We are seeking an Experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our Jackson office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to build and manage a book of business while benefiting from the support of a dedicated service team and access to top-rated carriers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and grow a personal lines book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build strong client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected
- Meet and exceed sales and production goals
- Maintain knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Collaborate with account managers and customer service representatives to ensure excellent client service
