Pay Range of $90,000 - $100,000 Per Year + Incentive Opportunities

TheInstall Manageris expected to maintain a productive install schedule, multi-task, train and develop, along with keeping the install department productive and able to achieve set goals by the department.

What You'll Do

• Training and development
• IS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and development
• Micro-skills training for 30 / 60 / 90
• Hands on field training for JA's
• Hands on field training for leads
• Development of training classes
• Small trainings in L-10
• Will use forms to track progress
• Quality control visits
• IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and document
• Audits
• Start-up sheet audits
• Final payment form Audits
• Quarterly conversations
• Monthly scorecard conversations
• Install follow up visits
• Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed
• Service debrief forms (install warranty)
• Coaching and feedback
