Position OverviewThe Assoc Analyst, Retail Applications, trains store operations personnel on installed retail technologies and customizes existing and new applications to meet unique requirements of the end users.

• Review end user problems related to systems procedure, data management or desired results and make recommendations to system or procedures due to equipment limitations
• Coordinate system installation including hardware and software training as needed and provide documentation; Responsible for data accuracy upon system application installation
• Train store operations personnel on existing, updated, or newly installed retail technologies
• Troubleshoot systems and software applications on a rotation of after-hours to handle emergencies and provide resolutions to users
• Travel Required : Yes
