Job descriptionProven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Clear communication and problem-solving skills Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level $30.51 to $30.51 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support production activities by transporting materials within the site
- Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed to maintain operational flow
