Rental Management Trainee
The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides the incumbent general rental management training in addition to specific training in the areas of finance, operations, human resources, and sales / marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or @type.
