Our client in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse practitioner- Physician Assistant to join their growing primary care practice. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and managing chronic and acute conditions in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct physical examinations and review medical histories

Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays)

Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions

Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Educate patients and families on preventive care and disease management

Oversee patient health outcomes and ensure continuity of care

Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training

Requirements :

Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license ( MI)

Experience in a primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine setting

Proficient in using EMR systems
