• Performing data entry and validating loan information
• Ordering third-party services (title, appraisal, credit checks, etc.)
• Reviewing and verifying loan documents
• Handling routine calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
• Monitoring work queues and jumping in where needed
• Supporting other tasks that keep our team efficient and customer-focused

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
