Must work OT when needed

Must have 5 years as Journeyman, a 40 Hours OSHA card & must have DOB (Journeyman Registration Card with Gas Operator) or must have the Gas Operator with Plumbing Foundation.

Must have knowledge with Sprinkler / Standpipe system (certification of fitness) S-12 & S-13 with the NYFD

Must have a clean drivers license.

Must have hand tools.

Must pass a background check.

Must live in the 5 boroughs or Nassau County
