Paid Media Specialist
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who's both analytical and creative someone who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or other platforms. You'll handle the full campaign cycle from setup and QA to reporting and optimization, ensuring every ad drives meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities :
Build, QA, and launch campaigns following established structures, budgets, and naming conventionsMonitor pacing and performance (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR)Conduct A / B tests on creatives, ad sets, and audiencesMaintain accurate reports, spend trackers, and documentationCommunicate proactively with teams via Slack, email, and video callsProvide data-based recommendations to improve performanceQualifications :
3+ years of Meta Ads experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat experience is a plus)Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization best practicesSkilled in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysisExcellent English communication and experience working with U.S.-based clientsHighly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaignsPreferred Experience :
Agency background or multi-brand account managementFamiliarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or AirtableBasic Canva or Figma design skillsExposure to creative testing and strategy
