Construction Laborer

Responsible for routine upkeep, maintenance, and repair of assigned projects and properties.

Assist with minor repair work on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and grounds.

Responsible for assisting Maintenance and Construction team members for performing routine construction and / or maintenance needs.

Assists with constructing and repairing structures and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and conforming to local building codes.

Assists with erecting of framework for structures.

Assist in setting up employee functions for all company meetings and functions as needed.

Must follow all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment as recommended.

Maintains a professional appearance.

Communicates effectively with the Project Manager to complete assigned tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate personnel and assists in daily operations with Maintenance and Construction personnel.
